offer

not much info yet
but we got an offer on the house

it is a really, really low offer
and there are those of us
who are pretty frustrated with it

but to me
it's an offer
and that's more than we've seen
so far

for those of you new to my blog
i will tell you that
this house has been for sale
for 10 months
just too many on the market
right now

we have countered
haven't heard anything back
yet

please pray
we really need this to work...
